FAQ

how can we
help you?

Do you sell your products direct?

We do not sell directly, only through a distributor.  Please use the store locator on our website to find a retailer near you.

Where can I buy your papers?

Please use the store locator on our website to find a retailer near you.

I can’t find an article mentioned on your site in any of the shops near me. How can I get it?

Our distributors do not systematically stock all our products. Please use the store locator on our website to find a retailer near you, who will do everything they can to meet your request.

Can you help me to identify a picture?

We are sorry, but we cannot help to identify pictures for you. There are just too many artists in the world who use our papers. However, you could try contacting an art school or museum and sending them a photo of your picture.

Can you help me to date an ARCHES® paper?

We would be very pleased to be able to provide you with an answer. So that we can try and do so, please use the form on our website to send us all the information you have that could help us with our search.

I would like to try out your papers. Is it possible to have some samples?

For your sample request, please use the store locator on our website to find a retailer near you.

Is it possible to visit the Arches paper mill?

Thank you for your interest in our ARCHES® paper mill. Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit our paper mill. To find out more about it, we suggest you visit the “History” page on our website.

How do you detach the sheets from an ARCHES® Aquarelle block?

You can find an explanatory diagram on the back of the cover of each ARCHES® Aquarelle block. You will see that there is a small section where there is no glue. This is where you can insert a thin blade or even a credit card which you can run round the sheet to progressively detach it. We hope you will enjoy painting great watercolours!

Do you sell seconds?

We only sell high quality products. Products that do not meet our demanding quality requirements are systematically recycled and reused in our production process.
